Insurance
The following is a list of health plans that The Doctors Clinic is contracted with. These Health Plans are subject to change. Please contact your Insurance Company to verify that you are seeing an approved Physician for your plan.

(Limited to specialties. By referral only.)

Billing Policies & Procedures
We are contracted with more than 20 insurance carriers. If we are contracted with your insurance company, you will receive a billing from us after your primary insurance company has processed your claim. Your charges will be listed along with any payments received from your insurance company. You should also receive an explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance company.

The Doctors Clinic bills your primary insurance carrier. If you have a secondary insurance, please contact our Customer Service Department so they may send you the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company. You may reach our Customer Service Department at (360) 782-3650.

Please familiarize yourself with your insurance benefits. Your healthplan mandates that you are financially responsible for payment of all copays, deductibles, and non-covered services, and The Doctors Clinic is contractually obligated to collect them. Please do not request that we adjust these from your account.

Our patient account representatives are available to assist you with your account(s) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling (360) 782-3650. For your convenience, representatives are also available at these locations.

Billing Statements
Each family will receive, as necessary, a billing statement on a monthly basis. Your initial statement will include an itemization of your charges. This information may be necessary for your insurance company if you have a secondary insurance and for your personal records. The balance due on your statement is due within 30 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

What if we are not contracted with your insurance company?
If we are not contracted with your insurance company we will submit a courtesy billing to your primary insurance company. You are still financially responsible for your account regardless of pending insurance payment. You will continue to receive a statement until your account is paid in full. If you have a secondary insurance company please contact our Customer Service Department so they may send you the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company. You may reach our Customer Service Department at (360) 782-3650.

Financial Services
We understand that there are circumstances that may warrant an extended payment plan. Please call our Patient Account Representatives at (360) 782-3650 if you are requesting special consideration. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution to your situation.
