Kerry Murray also offers relaxation massage which is designated to relax the body and the mind with "fixing" tight shoulders, necks, backs, etc. This is the "AHHH" spa-like massage which insurance companies usually do not cover but are a GREAT gift.
As a Complete Decongestive Therapist, Kerry is able to help reduce edema (swelling) related to early kidney disease, Chronic Venous Insufficiency, lipedema, lymphedema and post surgical procedures. The most common post surgical swelling is related to Orthopedic, Cosmetic, mastectomy or prostatectomy. Kerry is not able to work with CHF related swelling. Kerry is able to wrap swollen areas during treatment to keep the fluid from returning, teach patients to take their bandaging off and on, skin care, exercises and fit for compression garments to wear at the end of the treatment.
